Temporary Relocation of Services from Skimped Hill site

Due to unforeseen circumstances and until further notice, all operations and services provided by Forest Health from our Skimped Hill site have been temporarily ceased.

To avoid any reduction in our services, all Forest Health clinics will be moved from Skimped Hill to one of our other 3 sites. Patients with upcoming appointments will be notified of the new site in advance of their appointment date.

The Forest Health reception desk at Skimped Hill will remain closed during this period. Patients with samples or documents to drop off, or who need to speak in-person with a member of the reception team, are asked to visit one of our other sites.

Forest Health patients who have upcoming appointments with other services at the Skimped Hill Health Centre (e.g. audiology, podiatry, diabetic eye screening) should contact, or wait to be contacted by, the specific service provider directly.
